Perfect Summer Fruit Salad

Fruit Salad with Honey Lime and Poppy Seeds Syrup is the most refreshing Salad and perfect for the parties in summers. It’s easy to make and best option on the dessert table without artificial sweeteners and extra cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of fresh diced Strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh Blueberries
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup fresh grapes (any color) I used green
  • 3 kiwi fruit peeled and sliced
  • 3 Clementines peeled juice in and sliced in halves
  • 1 Banana sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Liquid Honey
  • 1/2 Tsp Poppy Seeds

Other Fruits: Mandarins, Apple, Blackberries, Raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fruits, except bananas.
  2. Make the syrup by whisking together honey, lime juice and add poppy seeds (shake, shake, shake)
  3. Drizzle over fruit mixture, toss gently to evenly coat the fruits with the syrup.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours before serving.
  5. Add Banana just before serving.

Recipe Notes:

  • If your fruit salad is sitting at room temperature do not let it sit out more than 2 hours.
  • Keep Your fruit salad fresh by keeping it in an airtight container.
  • If you have Leftover fruits just put them in the freezer and use them later for the refreshing mixed fruit Smoothie.
